We ask that you abide by the terms and conditions that follow, along with any other terms and conditions which may appear on the "Site" from time-to-time (collectively, the "conditions). Your use of the Site constitutes your agreements with the conditions that follow and we reserve the right to modify these conditions at any time. When we make changes we will post them here. Transactions and E-Commerce. During your visit to the Site, you may elect to engage in a transaction involving the purchase of Products or any applicable services that may be offered. Credit card transactions and order fulfillment of Products are often handled by a third-party processing agent, bank or distribution institution. The Bradshaw Collection cannot and does not take responsibility for the success or security of transactions undertaken or processed by third parties. We reserve the right to refuse any order for products that you may attempt to purchase from the Site.
