What is your return policy?

With all of our items being intimate apparel, hygiene dictates all our sales are final policy. If the fact that you cannot return an item sounds scary, let us help you feel confident in your purchase. On the website we have lots of information on sizing, including a measurement chart to assist you in finding the correct size. We specifically use measurements since after all, we have all come to know that ladies’ sizing is crazy inconsistent if you go just by the size. So, get yourself a measuring kit if you don’t already have one and follow along on our step-by-step video to learn how to take accurate measurements. There are only three measurements you need to take. Your bust, waist and hip. Those key measurements will guide you through the size chart. In reality, there aren’t too many of us who are a “true” size. Most of us have a waist in one size, hip in another. Or maybe your bust is much larger than the rest of you....whatever your situation, we’ve gone to great lengths to help you make the right decision.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Delivery times will depend on your location, as well as the date and time of your order. As a general rule of thumb, you can expect your package within 2-5 business days in the United States. For our international customers, there is a very broad guideline with the postal service which is 1-4 weeks delivery time.

Where are your garments made?

We are proud to be partnering with a special manufacturing team here in the USA!

Can I machine wash my lingerie?

We highly recommend hand washing your garments using a detergent specifically made for lingerie. Lay them flat to dry after you’ve rinsed out the detergent and they’ll last much longer.

The style I like is sold out, will you be making more?

We are a boutique shop, so we offer limited quantities in each style. However, we are also closely watching our product sales for each style to determine whether we should make additional quantities of styles that we’ve already released, as well as whether we should increase our initial numbers as we introduce new designs. Will my order be packaged discreetly?

Yes. All of our items are enclosed in a custom brand bag. Your order is then placed in an unmarked shipping bag without any logo for discreet delivery.

Where is your shipping department?

We ship from the state of Colorado in the United States and offer free shipping on all of our U.S. orders.

Do you offer wholesale or discounts to boudoir photographers?
